I started out in HVAC when I was 14 years old. Working my summer breaks in HVAC, my dad did this for a living. He would take me all over the metro phoenix area. One of the first things he taught me was how to clean a condenser coil the right way. Take apart the system and clean it from the inside out, not the easy way. He didn’t care about the heat nor what everyone else was doing. He always said “ take care of the customer, yourself and the company.” This lead to our mission statement as a company. The Trinity Statement, every decision made for the company must benefit the customer, technicians and the company.

We promise to make everything we do benefit all three areas. Customers will get quality work for an affordable price. The technicians and installers will be paid well and trained well to match the quality of work. Lastly the business will prosper from homeowners who paid a good price for great workmanship, and well rested, trained technicians. We take pride in family and giving our technicians time to take care of their families. In the end, we just want everyone to succeed and our customers to love our service. We are trying to take phoenix by storm and change the way HVAC Companies work here in the valley.
